Who We Are
Rescued to Tell International Ministry (MIRC) was founded in 2019 by Pastor Sidney and his wife, Eli-Ruama, in response to God's specific call. Pastor Sidney, a former street kid in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, was rescued by Youth With A Mission — and called to transform his generation through the Gospel.
He has shared the Word of hope and salvation in 29 nations over 15 years. Eli-Ruama, who grew up in Mozambique as a missionary kid, continues her family's ministerial legacy alongside him. Together, they lead a ministry rooted in love, humility, and excellence.

Our Founders
Pastor Sidney grew up as a street kid in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Rescued by Youth With A Mission, he answered the call to share the hope that changed his life — carrying that message to 29 nations over 15 years of ministry.
Eli-Ruama grew up in Mozambique, Africa, as a missionary kid. Her lifelong immersion in ministry shaped her heart for discipleship and service, and she now carries forward her family's legacy alongside her husband.
Together, they founded MIRC in 2019 to support the Brazilian Church, promote social transformation, and train missionaries for a world that needs the Gospel urgently.
